​Our owner, Juan Padilla, has been in the pest control industry since 2000, working nearly 10 of that for a large, reputable company here in Southern California. After acquiring advanced skills through his experiences and having a desire to be his own boss, Juan decided to become an owner of a popular national pizza franchise. While running a successful franchise, he was better able to see first hand how other pest control companies provide a basic service that seems fairly simple to accomplish. But like a lot of people out there Juan was not satisfied with what he was getting. 

That's when Juan decided that starting his own pest control company was the next logical step.
